About the time the Risley brothers arrived at Stone Harbor muckraking photographer Lewis Hine came to South Jersey to uncover the truth about children as young as 6 or 7 working in the dangerous glass factories of South Jersey.  Led by historical researcher Gwen Raring, we uncovered the facts of the time and found a much more complex situation.
