PICTURE OF THE DAY No. 124 – “STONE HARBOR’S MATCHLESS BATHING BEACH, IS ABSOLUTELY SAFE, LIFE LINES BEING UNNECESSARY

When I discovered this photo of a gathering on the Stone Harbor beach, I was motivated to search my own post card collection for other images that depicted more relaxing beach scenes with people enjoying Stone Harbor’s fine bathing beach.  The resultant search brought 6 more images to be featured herein, all having been postmarked between the years 1919 and 1922.  I will simply let the following array of images speak for themselves.  Do any of these 6 beach scenes from yesteryear speak to you?
