First Avenue, Stone Harbor, at corner of 90th Street.  Residence of Mr. G. Franklin Davis on the left.  The lots which this cottage stands, like those on both sides of the broad avenue, were given free under the famous bond plan, all street improvements included.  By the year 1913, nearly 100 new homes had been built but the cottage highlighted here is no longer standing.
