Here is a 1911 photograph of a practical seashore cottage located at 91st Street and Second Avenue, belonging to Mr. R. W. Hutton, of 1822 N. 17th Street, Philadelphia.  This cottage was constructed on land presented to Mr. Hutton free of cost under the Stone Harbor Bond System.
