“The Pebbles in 1911” –  Shown here is a handsome type of beach front cottage which originally was the property of Mr. John H. Irwin, 1952 East Allegheny Avenue, Philadelphia.  This cottage is located at 94th Street and First Avenue.  The lots on which it stands were given to Mr. Irwin free of cost under the Stone Harbor Bond Plan.
