The California bungalow on the right, located on 92nd Street at a point across from the Stone Harbor Yacht Club on Snug Harbor Yacht Basin was the property of David Risley, Secretary and Treasurer of the South Jersey Realty Company, 915 Real Estate Trust Building, Philadelphia.  David and his brothers Howard and Reese were known for their great vision and marketing plans that led to developing the Seven Mile Island.  Mr. Risley acquired his land free under the Stone Harbor Bond Plan.  The land on which the adjoining little bungalow was acquired by its owner Dr. E. L. Klopp, 1633 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, under the same method.
