The substantial cottage pictured here was located at 147 94th Street between First and Second Avenues and was built around 1910 or 1911 by a Mr. Frederick J. Smith of King of Prussia (R.F.D. Wayne), Pa.  Mr. Smith’s two lots were obtained free as a bonus with none other than those Stone Harbor Bonds.
