This image was used to promote a property sometime in either the mid-to-latter 1910s. Obtained from the Stone Harbor Museum archives, this Sunset Drive property was titled the “Stucco Cottage”. The details for this particular real estate were as follows: “Sunset Drive.

Sunset Drive near 104th Street, on lot 92, block 202, directly on Pleasure Bay. An ideal location, 8 rooms (4 bedrooms), pantry and bath, 2 stairways, 2 porches. Rent, furnished, season $350. Sale $5000, subject to first mortgage of $2200; attractive terms”.
