Criteria for Vintage House or Business of Stone Harbor Program Eligibility is a property that was built in 1965 or earlier. The Museum will confirm your eligibility and advise when you will receive your Vintage House of Stone Harbor plaque and certificate. A $150 one time fee applies for the plaque. This can be refunded if your home does not qualify.
