Presenting the Stone Harbor Museum’s 2020 “Tour thru Time”  Gala

To those of you who did not have the opportunity to view the Stone Harbor Museum’s Tour Thru Time Gala, we have decided to post a copy of the video online for you to view.  To those who saw the Gala on the Premier evening, you are welcome to view it once again.

Keep in mind that there is still time to donate to the Museum.  All of your generous contributions are tax deductible and every penny is used to benefit the Museum.

We hope you enjoy the video.  Here’s the link -> Stone Harbor Museum 2020 Gala

The Stone Harbor Museum cordially invites you to our Third Annual “Tour thru Time”  Gala

“Tour thru Time”  Gala

For the past 2 years the Stone Harbor Museum has gathered together those who love Stone Harbor for a Gala to celebrate a special individual who has gone above and beyond in their contributions to the community. Known as the Risley Award, past recipients included Terry Cwik and Sister James of Villa Maria by the Sea.

The 2020 Risley Award recipient is Bill Dougherty, who was a truly kind, thoughtful, and wonderful pillar of our community. He was active in so many organizations and committees and highly respected.  Whether it was the Museum, The Wetlands Institute, the Stone Harbor Property Owners Association, the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor, or the Go Green Committee that is shaping a sustainable Stone Harbor for the future, Bill could always be counted on to assist and advise.  Bill passed away in February of 2020 and is greatly missed.  We will always remember Bill’s warmth, humor and love.

Please join us as we celebrate the recipient of the 2020 Risley Award, Bill Dougherty.

This years event will be much different. We will be holding a ‘Virtual’ gala, broadcast from the Museum on Wednesday, August 26th, 2020 at 7PM.  The event will includes movies, presentation of the Risley Award, and the announcing of the winners of The Great Stone Harbor Art & Writing contests.

Tickets are $100 each including choice of dinner. The Museum has partnered with Spiaggetta Italian Restaurant in Stone Harbor to offer meals to enjoy while watching the event.  Two meal options are available, each including a salad, entrée, and dessert. Meals can be picked up that evening at 6PM in front of the Museum.

The cost for ticket without a meal is $50.

The deadline for ordering tickets with meals is noon on Tuesday, August 18th, 2020. All other tickets will be available up until the event on Wednesday, August 26th, 2020.  Tickets must be purchased online through the Museum Website.  Purchase your tickets here.

A Link with your admission ticket will be sent to you via email prior to the event.
